For Chattanooga small businesses
Is this the right
fit for you?
Owners who need reliable monthly records, a fresh start on overdue books, or better visibility before their next big decision.
- A monthly view you can actually use
- Less time chasing receipts
- An easier handoff at tax time
Catch-up bookkeeping before the next monthly close
Catch-up work brings missing periods up to date; cleanup corrects errors in records that already exist. Start with the last reliable reconciliation, gather statements for every account and list unresolved transactions. We agree the periods, deliverables and responsibilities before work begins.
Monthly plan pricing does not automatically include historical cleanup. The number of accounts, transaction volume, missing documents and condition of opening balances affect the work. No fixed completion time is promised without reviewing the records.

A clear approach
to pricing.
Monthly scope depends on transaction volume, number of accounts and the condition of your existing records. Cleanup is scoped separately.
We explain the records we need, what is included and what is outside the engagement. If your business changes, we discuss the scope before adding work. Actual rates are confirmed in your written proposal.
A little clarity
Questions about
bookkeeping?
It starts with a conversation.
Here are a few things worth knowing.
Can you help me catch up?
Yes. We start by reviewing your records and the period that needs attention, then agree on a cleanup scope before ongoing monthly work.
What will I need to provide?
Typically bank and credit card statements, access to your accounting system, and supporting records. We agree on a secure way to share them during onboarding.
Will I understand the reports?
We focus on clear explanations of what changed, what needs your attention, and what the reports mean for your business.
How much does small business bookkeeping cost?
Our Creek plan is $299 per month for businesses with up to $15K in monthly expenses. Current is $549 per month for up to $75K, and River is $899 per month for businesses with $75K+ in monthly expenses. Annual options are available; Delta is quoted individually. See the pricing page for each plan’s scope.
Do you offer cash or accrual basis bookkeeping?
Creek includes cash basis bookkeeping. Current supports cash or accrual, and River includes accrual basis bookkeeping. We discuss your reporting needs and existing setup before agreeing on a plan.
What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?
Bookkeeping organizes transactions, reconciles accounts and produces regular records. Accounting uses those records to interpret financial results and support decisions. Tax filing and tax planning are separate services with their own scope.
